Halloumi with beetroot purée


Halloumi with beetroot sauce. 450g halloumi sliced to 18 or 16 pieces (2 packs)

1 large beetroot cooked or use 1 can

2 tablespoon of lemon

2 tablespoon of olive oil

coriander for garnish Heat a dry non stick pan Cook the halloumi 3 minutes to get the golden color.

Process the the beetroot with lemon and olive oil.

Garnish with coriander.
