Mozzarella & salami frittata


The combination of this recipe almost in heaven  feel free to use a pepperoni instead of salami, I used a mozzarella with basil flavor .

Mozzarella & salami frittata. 6 eggs.

125g beef salami, chopped

125g fresh mozzarella cheese ball, chopped.

1 clove garlic,minced.

1 tablespoon of Parmesan.

2 tablespoon parsley, chopped.

1 tablespoon basil,dried.

Salt & pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter. Directions:
Turn on the grill so it can get hot. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the chopped and mozzarella.
Whisk in the parsley,basil,Parmesan ,s&p,garlic.

Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan or cast iron skillet. Once it is hot and foamy, add the omelette mixture.
Cook for about 5 minutes over a gently heat, without stirring, until the frittata is set underneath and golden.
Transfer the pan to the hot grill and cook the frittata until it is set on top.
