This is the best ras el hanout so far from my dear morrocan friend  duniya ..if you can’t  find ras el hanout in your close market, you’ll be satisfied by this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp ginger crushed
1 tbsp coriander, crushed
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon red pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 small ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons turmeric grinded
1½ teaspoon nutmeg grinded
1½ teaspoon ground cardamom
¾ teaspoon fennel seeds small
¾ teaspoon anise seeds small
½ small spoon fenugreek
½ small spoon cloves
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves

Method:
1. Roast anise, fennel, bay leaf let it cool then ground it.
2. add all the ingredients then sift it them ..transfer them to air tight container.
