Stuffed tomatoes with feta cheese and herbs (Ukrainian cuisine)
4 beef tomatoes
200g feta cheese ( u can uselow fat feta cheese)
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon sunflower
Salt and pepper to taste ( I prefer sea salt flakes and freshly ground pepper)
1 preheat the oven to 180 C/350F/gas mark 4 .
2cut the tops off the tomatoes and hollow them out ,taking out the core but making sure to keep the intact .
3 mix the cheese, herbs and seasonings together, then stuff the tomatoes with the mixture.
4 use the sunflower oil to lightly oil the bottom of baking sheet, pop the tomatoes on and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and the cheese turns golden.
