Egyptian beef goulash ( phyllo beef pie )
I had this dish for the first time when my Egyptian friend invited me for iftar I was privileged to try Egyptians dishes in Ramadan.

255g flour 170g butter (chilled,cubed) 1 tablespoon of sugar Pinch of salt Iced water Place the flour,butter,sugar,salt in a bowl

This recpie we make it every Ramadan … my mom use it to freeze mangoes so we could make smoothies out of them, when ramadan used to be in winter 20 years ago.
